Before you buy
Will it work on my computer?
Windows 10/11 64-bit, Apple Silicon and Intel Macs, on Premiere Pro 2020 or later (the Project Organizer needs Premiere Pro 2024 or newer). The Cutter ships its own audio processor and analyzes everything locally. Each release lists its compatibility on the product page.
How do I get it, and how do updates work?
The download is available right after payment is confirmed, in My account. Updates released for what you bought live there too, with unlimited downloads and no expiry date.
macOS blocked the installer. Now what?
Open System Settings › Privacy & Security and, under "Allow applications downloaded from", pick App Store and identified developers. If it's still blocked, click "Open Anyway", confirm and run the installer again.
What if I need a refund?
